What to Expect
If you have children, this will allow you time to visit our children's welcome area. Then, feel free to stop into our Roots Coffee Shop for a complimentary cup of coffee.
What happens after I walk in? Greeters will welcome you at the door. They will help direct you in the direction you need to go. If you have children, they will take you to the children’s department welcome area. They will be warm and friendly, and you will immediately know that you are welcomed, wanted and loved.
What are the services like? We work diligently to make sure each week is creative and relevant to your life. Our worship team begins the service with a contemporary style of worship. In addition to newer worship songs, our church often enjoys a blending of the contemporary with some of the traditional hymns. Our pastors will communicate biblical, inspirational messages that help you apply God's word to everyday life.
What about my children? While you are in service, your children will be in a safe, clean, age-appropriate environment where they will be loved and nurtured. They will also learn the truths about God through creative, fun and exciting methods that are geared toward their age and stage of development. We have a nursery center for newborn babies - 3 years, a preschool/kindergarten program for 3 - 5 years, and an elementary program for 6 - 12 years of age. Because the safety of our children is of utmost importance to us, all children and youth workers have passed official background checks.
What do I wear? Many people wear jeans and a t-shirt while others wear business casual. We have people of all backgrounds who just want to come together and worship God.
Will I be asked to give anything or be singled out? We want your experience here to be as comfortable as possible. We do not ask our guests to give in the offering but they are more than welcome to. We will not single you out or have you raise your hand. We do host a short guests reception immediately after the morning service. We would love to get to know you more.
